Here Are Some Of The Benefits Of The Rosehip Oil:

Moisturizes All Skin Types:

Rosehip oil moisturizes and rejuvenates the skin. It is a good alternative for the moisturizers that we daily use for our face.

It contains the essential fatty acids that remove the dryness and leaves the skin supple for extended periods of time. This oil is a boon for people prone to the dry and itchy skin.

Amazingly, it is also suitable for people with oily skin. As it is extracted from plants, it has a fine molecular structure that is similar to the oil our skin produces meaning it is perfectly suitable for all skin types.

Anti-aging oil

This product has an abundance of vitamin A and C, and it stimulates the production of collagen.

The anti-aging protein reduces the wrinkles over the skin especially along the eyes and even minimizes puffiness of eyes.

Bid goodbye to dark circles by embracing this oil. It contains lycopene oil, which leaves the skin soft and healthy. It helps to get rid of the dark spots in the face.

Lightens the skin

Let us face it, the biggest problem we have today is the tanning of skin due to exposure to the sun and pollution.

No matter, with what we scrub or take precautions, our skin does become darker with time.

Rosehip oil provides a beautiful solution to this problem, as it has astringent properties that tighten the skin pores and brightens the skin.

Just mix a drop of coconut oil to two or three drops of this oil and massage your skin. This works effectively on the dark circles.

Treats skin ailments:

Rosehip oil is known to be used in treatments of skin ailments like eczema. It has anti-inflammatory properties that not only reduce the inflammation but also the pain caused by the disease.

The dry skin induced by eczema also decreases due to the presence of Vitamin A and C and restores the suppleness of the skin. Skin rashes can be treated effectively with this wonder oil.

Heals burns and bruises:

This liquid accelerates the recovery time of burns and bruises. The anti-inflammatory and the rejuvenating properties of this oil treats the skin, and along with the presence of essential fatty acids, the scarring can be prevented.

For people with keloid scars, it is used as a treatment, and it also heals deep wounds. For pregnant ladies, it helps in getting rid of stretch marks.

Greases dry and chapped lips:

Come summer, we all suffer from dry and chapped lips, sunburns and many other skin related problems.

The rosehip oil is a wonderful solution to these problems. It reduces the discoloration of the lips and also treats flaky lips.

Unlike the other oils like shea butter and jojoba oil, this oil is very light and non-greasy thereby making the absorption process more natural for the skin.

Used to grow thick eyelashes:

Having a thick and strong eyelash is the dream of many women and rosehip oil helps you achieve that effect.

Just pour two drops on a cotton ball and dab your eyelashes gently for your eyelashes to look dazzling.

After pregnancy benefits:

As said before, this oil not only reduces the stretch marks, it also moisturizes the skin leaving it supple and soft.

The oil softens and moisturizes the epidermis. The stretch marks are reduced because the fatty acids present in the oil transform into prostaglandins, which stimulate the skin’s regenerative power.

It also treats the hyperpigmentation problem also known as the Melasma that occurs during pregnancy.

Aids growth in hair:

Rosehip oil can repair the damaged hair follicles and scalp tissues. Healthy scalp tissues and follicles lead to higher rate of hair growth and reduce split ends, and other problems.

It also rehydrates the scalp and reduces dryness of the head thereby getting rid of dandruff that occurs due to dryness of the scalp.

Helps in making the skin firm

This oil helps in regaining the skin elasticity. The combination of vitamins and fatty acids are a great way to get a fresh and young looking skin.

Apply two or three drops of the rosehip oil while going to bed every day to get the youthful look.

These are just some of the benefits of this wonder product, and you can make this incredible oil at home by using the cold press method.

Conclusion
